Making sure a communication has legitimacy is key when it comes to employee engagement. Standard Life was asking their staff to go beyond the everyday requirements and excel when it came to their actions and interactions with each other and customers. So this film used real staff rather then actors who all shared in delivering the script, giving authenticity and enthusiasm to the message.
