The second of the films shown at a the “Supper in the Citadel” event. This looks at the outstanding initiative between Chef Tom Kitchen and the Citadel Youth Centre to take service users and teach them to cook a Michelin Star standard menu. Heart warming and personal, it was an ideal way to explain the provenance of the meal the guests were about to enjoy.
